Best price at time of purchase. The paper towel holder works well and keeps paper relatively dry but does not protect paper from high humidity. The flat front flange dictates a smooth cabinet surface to mount over. Don’t try to mount over rough stone surface as there will be lots of unattractive gaps around the edge to deal with. Don’t expect the stainless steel to remain rust free. The stainless steel will show rust marks after a year or so’s exposure – best to have roof protection to limit this. Also give the stainless a coat of carnauba wax to further delay any rusting.

So far the cabinet and drawers are holding up well in the elements. Have only had for two or three months and we have had an unseasonable amount of rain this year no signs of rust yet.
