The double-lined hood combined with a heavy-duty, oven-grade, braided fire-rope gasket creates the perfect insulation and seal for maximum heat retention. The main level cooking grate measures 27” in Width by 19-1/2” in Depth at 526.5 square inches of space while the upper racks offer an additional 391.5 square inches for a comprehensive total of 918 square inches. With the largest hopper in the market, and force feed you can reach temperatures up to 800 degrees for fast and fiery grilling. Fan-forced convection cooking ensures even temperatures throughout the grilling area and a proprietary exhaust system allows for even smoking.
With the integrated weatherproof touch screen control auto-start electric ignition feeds the system letting you set your temperature, push start, sit back, and relax. The natural wood pellets feed into the burn pot where they are automatically ignited, and the fan-cooled hopper and feed system keep your grill at the temperature of your choosing. The convenient Side-Hopper features a capacity of 28 pounds with accented light which helps to see down into the auger when needed. The Digital Control Center lets you set your desired temperature and automatically maintains it during the grilling process. With the three included meat probes, you can set your desired food temperature and the grill will automatically go into smoke mode when that temperature is reached, preventing overcooking. The lid thermometer enables you to monitor the temperature inside the grill and the removable grease tray catches run-off grease from the flavor guard.
